INTRODUCTION

Artisun Tanning may use your personal information like name, email or phone number to reach out to you for a business review or survey. We use these reviews and surveys to make our business better and to address any potential issues you may have as well as for marketing to our other customers. 

 

USE OF FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

When one of our customers writes a review, that review becomes available for external publication and could appear within our website or other marketing material. Reviews displayed on our website will include your first name and last initial, date of the review, number of stars you have given us and the review itself. If the review is left on one of the external sources like Google or Facebook, their privacy policy and information gathering will be in effect. 

 

YOUR RIGHTS

Your personal information given to us will not be sold or given to anyone else. We may need to share your information with 3rd parties that are involved in sending you the said review emails or text messages but the information will only be used for that purpose. 

Each email or text we send you asking for the review or survey gives you an option to opt-out and unsubscribe. 

You may also request your information to be deleted and not used for any future communications. You can send your request or ask any questions at artisuntanningsalon@gmail.com.

 

GUIDELINES FOR FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

The following guidelines are provided to help you write a better review:

– Make the review objective, useful and informative. Be specific to give the reader a feel for your experience.

– Write about the kind of information you would want when you are asking a friend or coworker for a recommendation.

– Did the experience meet your expectations? Would you go back? Would you recommend this business?

– Keep it short and to the point. Write short sentences that stick to the highlights of your experience.

– The recommended length for a review is 100 to 250 words.
